If you need to return a product, we've got you covered! You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. If the reason for return is a simple change of heart, the customer will bear the return shipping costs, and the seller will refund the product price excluding the shipping fee.
In the event of a defective product, GetBorn will refund the entire amount including the initial shipping fee. The seller will be responsible for the return shipping fee. If the seller refuses to pay the return shipping fee, penalties such as suspension of operations may be imposed.
Please note that the product must be returned in its original condition. If not, the customer is responsible for any damage to the product.
Requesting a return is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Log in to your GetBorn account, go to 'My Page', and click the 'Return' button next to the product you wish to return.
Please note: you will only see this button if the order is still within its 7-day return period. Fill in the form, and be sure to include photos if there's any damage. Once we've received your return request, our dedicated returns team will be in touch via email to guide you through the next steps!
What if my product is damaged? Please follow the returns process outlined above. Some detailed photos of any damage would be highly appreciated. If possible, please retain the original packaging.

Do I need to arrange the return shipping? Yes, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping. However, if the product is defective, GetBorn will refund the return shipping cost to the customer.
Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order right up until it's been shipped. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, go to your 'My Page' and click the 'Cancel' button. And You will be refunded within one working day. Simple!
